Step 1: Order Placement

The process begins when the customer places an order and provides detailed specifications regarding the desired products. This includes information on styles, materials, colors, and quantities. We will assist you in verifying your materials and fitting details.

Step 2: Fit Sample Creation

This sample serves as a prototype that allows the customer to confirm the size and pattern before proceeding to bulk production. It is essential for ensuring that the final product meets the customer's expectations.

Step 3: Production Confirmation

This includes selecting lab dip fabrics, finalizing prints, embroidery designs, packaging options, and any other related specifications. Clear communication at this stage is vital to avoid misunderstandings later in the process.

Step 4: Pre-Production Sample

After confirming bulk production details, a pre-production sample of garments is created and must be approved by the customer to ensure alignment with expectations before full-scale manufacturing. Samples take 20-30 days to complete.

Step 5: Bulk Production

With all approvals in place, bulk production commences. Throughout this phase, full-time Quality Control (QC) personnel monitor the production process closely to ensure that every garment meets Jinmao's quality standards.

Step 6: Shipment Sample

Before finalizing the shipment, samples from the bulk production are meticulously confirmed. This crucial step ensures that the products are fully prepared for delivery and comply with all agreed-upon specifications and quality standards.

Step 7: Completion Production

Once all garments have been meticulously produced and successfully passed through rigorous quality checks, we can confidently declare that the bulk production process is officially completed. We can finish the bulk production within 30-60 days.

Step 8: Transportation

Finally, the finished products are prepared for transportation. Jinmao coordinates shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery to customers, adhering to their specified timelines and requirements.
