Compared to digital print, sublimation print is specifically suitable for fabrics with a higher percentage of polyester fibers. This is because sublimation dyes can only bond with polyester fibers and cannot achieve the same results on other types of fibers. Sublimation print offers a higher cost-effectiveness compared to digital print.

Heat Transfer Print

Heat-setting rhinestones

Heat-setting rhinestones is a commonly used technique in pattern design. When exposed to high temperatures, the adhesive layer on the bottom of the rhinestones melts and adheres to the fabric, creating a striking visual effect with the embellishment of colored or black and white rhinestones. There are various types of rhinestones, including matte, glossy, colored, aluminum, octagonal, seed beads, caviar beads, and so on. The size and shape of the rhinestones can be arranged according to the design requirements. Heat-setting rhinestones require high temperatures, and lace fabrics, layered fabrics, and textured fabrics are not suitable for heat-setting. If there is a large difference in the size of the rhinestones, two sets of rhinestone placement patterns are needed, first setting the smaller rhinestones and then setting the larger ones. Silk fabrics may discolor under high temperatures, and the adhesive on the bottom of thin fabrics is prone to seeping through.
