This item is a women’s T-shirt that is approved by the Chilean surfing company Rip Curl. It is ideal for young, active women to wear to the beach throughout the summer.

The t-shirt weighs 145gsm and is composed of a 60% cotton and 40% polyester single jersey blend. To create a distressed or vintage look, it is subjected to acid washing and garment coloring procedures. The fabric feels softer to the touch than unclean clothing. Additionally, after water cleaning, the clothing does not have issues like shrinking, deformation, or color fading. The blend’s polyester content keeps the cloth from becoming overly dry and keeps the damaged areas from fading entirely. The polyester component causes the collar and sleeve shoulders to turn yellow after the garment is dyed. We advise utilizing 100% cotton single jersey if they want a whitening effect more akin to jeans.

The original pink print on the T-shirt blends in perfectly with the overall worn-out and washed-out look thanks to the flock print method. After being washed, the print feels softer to the touch and also reflects the worn-out appearance. The garment’s worn-out feel and style are further highlighted by the raw edges at the hem and sleeves.

Because the incomplete shape of the velvety pattern after washing is somewhat difficult to manage and may result in a high rate of loss, it is worth noting that we typically advise clients to use relatively traditional water-based and rubber printing throughout the garment dyeing and washing process.

Likewise, there could be varying minimum order numbers because garment dyeing has a higher loss than fabric dyeing. A minimal order quantity could lead to a high rate of loss and extra expenses. For clothing dyeing styles, a minimum purchase quantity of 500 items per color is advised.
