Skin-Friendly Seamless Men’s Neck Sports T-Shirt

Head has given us permission to manufacture and export this men’s round-neck sports knit T-shirt to Chile. With a weight of 140gsm, the fabric composition is a typical polyester-nylon mixed single jersey fabric used in sportswear, with 75% nylon and 25% spandex. Strong elasticity, good wrinkle resistance, a soft texture, and exceptional skin-friendly qualities are all features of this fabric. Additionally, it has the ability to wick away moisture, and we can add antibacterial properties based on client requests. The seamless technology used in the garment’s production enables the seamless joining of several knitting structures on a single cloth. This significantly improves the fabric’s comfort and variety by including various structures and functional textiles in addition to allowing the combination of several plain knitted and mesh colors on the same fabric. In addition to being lightweight, soft, and breathable, the fabric has a textured and appealing hand feel thanks to the overall pattern made with jacquard technology on cationic dyeing. Heat transfer printing is used for the inner collar label and the left chest logo, while a brand logo print is exclusively made for the neck tape.
